Macari at Sunset and the Boat Trip

Sunset is one of my favorite moments of the day, where you stop and pause what you are doing and look at the sea.

As in the case of the sunset in the Gulf of Macari.

It is a stretch of cobble coast west of San Vito Lo Capo, 5 minutes by car from our Hotel.

Here you have the opportunity to swim and snorkel whit small fish, sea urchins and starfish.

A fantastic idea (which we recommend to our guests) is to go to the beaches and coves of the Gulf of Macari, staying until sunset to sip a good wine or dine in a restaurant in Macari with a sea view.

At 8 pm when the sun goes down the magic happens: it becomes a fiery ball that soon goes out in the sea!

You can reach this location not only by car / taxi / bus but above all with a boat tour starting from the port of San Vito Lo Capo being lulled by the waves while sipping excellent Sicilian wine with background music while the new shades of nature that the night will bring will accompany you back to the port of San Vito lo Capo.
